Supporting records: $5 per 100,000 additional active supporting records each month. These are items such as invoices, registrations, or tasks—not the people or other primary records used to choose your plan.
Text messages: $0.02 per message segment. Dedicated phone numbers are priced separately, and spending limits keep costs under control.
AI: Included or trial credit varies by plan. Additional use requires prepaid credit and a spending limit; contact us for availability.

Cross the top of your plan and we prompt you to move up, with a grace period — no lockouts, no surprise overage line. Enrollment shrinks and you can move down. Students who leave can be archived and never count.
0% for tax-exempt organizations
Verified tax-exempt organizations on a paid plan pay no platform fee on payments, ever — and donors are never asked to tip. Other organizations pay 1% on paid plans (2% on Free) on top of standard processor rates.
